Aged for ten years in French oak barrels, Vindaro Balsamic is a craftsman vinegar made exclusively with wines from the Rioja region.

The attractive bright ebony colour is the result of both the production and ‘’balsamization’’ processes. It has clear notes of its extended ageing, with toasted, peppery, and coffee nuances and sound finishing touches that denote its refreshing, balsamic character.
